Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide expertise that continues the ongoing growth of the business as well as provide a high level of service to our Brokers and their Clients. Responsibilities include:Creating, developing and managing a panel of broker relationshipsAchieving sales and profitability targetsNew Business sales and renewal retention for all GT productsCreating and working to Business Plans and strategiesProspecting, qualifying and successfully closing sales opportunitiesPresenting to Brokers and ClientsProviding CPD accredited training to BrokersManaging and developing Brokers’ GT portfoliosOther duties as appropriate To be considered for this specialised role you must have proven experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills. Current ANZIIF Insurance qualifications, or equivalent, is desirable but not essential.
