We currently have an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in developing motor vehicle insurance business to join the GT Insurance sales team based in Melbourne. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional, who can use their industry knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to the success of our business.

Experience in motor insurance is essential and heavy motor insurance knowledge is preferred.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide expertise that continues the ongoing growth of the business as well as provide a high level of service to our Brokers and their Clients.
- Creating, developing and managing a panel of broker relationships
- Achieving sales and profitability targets
- New Business sales and renewal retention for all GT products
- Creating and working to Business Plans and strategies
- Prospecting, qualifying and successfully closing sales opportunities
- Presenting to Brokers and Clients
- Providing CPD accredited training to Brokers
- Managing and developing Brokers’ GT portfolios
- Other duties as appropriate
To be considered for this specialised role you must have proven experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills. Current ANZIIF Insurance qualifications, or equivalent, is desirable but not essential.
